High Power Single Acting Pneumatic Piston Actuator

The pneumatic piston actuator is a single-acting device with a crank arm. Therefore, it converts the linear movement of the piston into a precise 90° rotation. Compressed air pushes the piston through the cylinder. Consequently, the crank arm transforms that displacement into a quarter turn. It is ideal for operating ball, butterfly, and segmented ball valves in ON/OFF services.

The crank arm features an integral cast construction. Furthermore, it offers high strength, good stability, and strong impact resistance. Additionally, it includes two lateral adjustment screws that allow for stroke regulation within a range of ±10°. Consequently, adjustment is quick and simple, requiring no special tools. Likewise, the aluminum body with anti-abrasion treatment guarantees durability in demanding industrial environments.
