Para muchos proyectos de validación, la ficha técnica del fabricante del elastómero con referencia a USP \u0026lt;87\u0026gt;\/\u0026lt;88\u0026gt; es suficiente para el protocolo IQ — le asesoramos caso por caso.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eZona Naranja — Sistemas de Proceso Auxiliar: Válvulas Industriales de Alta Calidad\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n  Los sistemas CIP (Clean-In-Place) son sistemas de proceso críticos para la higiene de la planta pero no están en contacto directo con el medicamento terminado — sus fluidos son soluciones de limpieza (NaOH 1–3%, HNO₃ 0.5–2%, peróxido de hidrógeno, desinfectantes clorados) que circulan a través de las líneas de proceso para limpiarlas antes de la producción. Las válvulas en estos sistemas deben resistir la agresividad química de los reactivos de limpieza, pero no requieren certificación USP Clase VI ni Ra ≤ 0.8 µm.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n    \u003cstrong\u003eVálvula de bola SS316 con asiento EPDM o PTFE (DN15–DN100):\u003c\/strong\u003e Para líneas de distribución de soluciones CIP. El acero inoxidable 316 resiste NaOH y HNO₃ en las concentraciones típicas de CIP. Las válvulas de distribución de aire de instrumentos deben garantizar estanqueidad hermética —cualquier fuga es pérdida de energía y pérdida de presión para los actuadores— pero no requieren materiales especiales. \u003cstrong\u003eVálvula de bola SS316 rosca NPT (DN15–DN50)\u003c\/strong\u003e es el estándar universal.\n  \u003c\/li\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n    \u003cstrong\u003eAire de proceso (en contacto con producto):\u003c\/strong\u003e Usado para aireación de biorreactores, purga de líneas de producto y como gas de presurización de tanques de transferencia estéril. En este caso el aire sí tiene contacto con el producto y debe ser de calidad farmacéutica (filtrado 0.2 µm). Las válvulas en estas líneas deben ser de SS316 con asientos limpios — la bola SS316 bridada o clamp es adecuada.\n  \u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eZona Verde — Agua de Enfriamiento y Utilidades: Válvulas Industriales Económicas\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n  Los sistemas de agua de enfriamiento (torres de enfriamiento, chillers, circuitos cerrados) y las utilidades generales de planta (agua de proceso general, aceites de compresores, agua sanitaria) no tienen ningún contacto con el medicamento y no requieren materiales higiénicos. La selección correcta en estas zonas es la válvula industrial más confiable y económica para el fluido específico — sobrespecificar con SS316L higiénico en estas zonas es un gasto innecesario sin ningún beneficio regulatorio.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n  \u003cli\u003e\n    \u003cstrong\u003eVálvula de mariposa hierro fundido con EPDM (DN50–DN600) con actuador eléctrico:\u003c\/strong\u003e Para control de agua de enfriamiento en circuitos de chillers, condensadores y torres de enfriamiento.
